The trip was the result of a friendly Super Bowl wager between the two. Evans is a New England Patriots fan while Pratt is a Seattle Seahawks fan.
Because the Patriots won the Super Bowl, Pratt arrived at Christopher's Haven on Friday dressed in the costume of his character, Star-Lord.
Evans joined him for the visit and presented Pratt with a personalized Patriots jersey.
The duo met several children staying at Christopher's Haven, took photographs with them and signed autographs.
Pratt posted about the visit on social media, saying he was proud to be in Boston meeting "some awesome families."
Pratt was also honored as the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year at Harvard Friday night.

Christopher's Haven is a nonprofit organization that offers housing for families who have children receiving outpatient pediatric cancer treatments in Boston.
This isn't Evans' first trip to see young patients in Boston. In December he surprised a young fan who was staying at Christopher's Haven while he received treatment for a brain tumor.
