BOSTON (CBS) – Three Boston University students charged in an alleged hazing incident appeared in court on Friday.
Justin Katz, Alexander Nisenzon, and Kyle Shevrin are all charged with failure to report hazing.
Two other suspects, Robert Rappa and Lawrence Rosenblum face similar charges. Both will be in court next month.

Four additional suspects, Spencer Davidson, Jesse Kay, Cyrus Nazmiyal, and Jonathan Toobi are charged with assault and battery along with failure to report hazing.
Back in April, Boston police found five students duct taped, in their underwear, and covered in condiments in the basement of the Alpha Epsilon Pi off-campus fraternity house.
