It will be October 11.
A week ago, jurors deadlocked on Dwayne Moore's fate in the shooting deaths of four people, including a toddler, in Mattapan in September 2010.
The jury found Moore's co-defendant, Edward Washington, not guilty on all the charges against him.
Moore will be tried again on nine charges – four counts of first-degree murder, home invasion, armed robbery, assault with intent to murder, assault and battery and firearm possession.
At the end of the last trial, the judge noted that all except one of the jurors were able to agree on the charges against Moore.
One juror told WBZ-TV that lone holdout kept Moore from being convicted on all nine charges.
