Carjacker Wanted For Stabbing, Theft Outside Woburn Movie Theater

A man was stabbed outside this Showcase Cinemas in Woburn on Tuesday night.

WOBURN (CBS) – Police are looking for help in their search for a man who stabbed a driver and then stole his car outside a movie theater earlier this week.

The wanted man is described as Hispanic, 5-feet 11-inches tall, 20-to-30 years old, 180-to-190 pounds.

Police say he stabbed the driver of a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria in the parking lot of the Showcase Cinemas on Middlesex Canal Park Drive late Tuesday night and then drove off in the victim’s car.

The victim, a 42-year-old man from Wakefield, has life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say the car is gray and has Massachusetts license plates 445-6YB.

Sure sounds like a possibility. I’m sure the police are wondering the same thing. Hopefully they’ll find the car and maybe get some fingerprints off it. Wouldn’t surprise me at all that this guy could have hid out after the robbery until he could jack a car to get back to the hood.
