Mom Of 4-Year-Old Shooting Victim Pleads For Witnesses To Come Forward

DORCHESTER (CBS) - The mother of a 4-year-old boy shot in the back at a Dorchester playground left her son's bedside Friday afternoon long enough to plead with the public to come forward with information leading to the shooter.

Little A.J. remains in the hospital in serious condition, unable to speak.

His mother would not give her name, but she was with the child when a group of boys on dirt bikes drove up at Harambee Park...and shots rang out.
