You can say that again, Kara! I’m here in traffic and it’s quite “slow.” But because I’m not an idiot I cut around the shopping complex by the rotary and made a clean getawat.

The delays were not caused by the water main, they were caused by the Revere PD who were doing traffic control and waving people into the closed off street, rather than diverting them to the beachfront.
