Boston Student's $3,000 Saxophone Found After It Was Stolen At MBTA Station
BOSTON (CBS) - Transit Police have found a Boston Public Schools student's stolen saxophone, worth more than $3,000.
Transit police said that on the afternoon of on Oct. 29, the 16-year-old put her school-issued saxophone down on a bench on the outbound platform at the MBTA Fields Corner station in Dorchester. She turned away for a minute, and a man walked off with the instrument.
A 59-year-old man from Dorchester will face charges.
