Hopkinton To Name Street After Boston Marathon Legends Dick And Rick Hoyt

HOPKINTON (CBS) - Hopkinton will name a street after Boston Marathon legends Dick and Rick Hoyt.

Dick pushed his son Rick, who has cerebral palsy, in a wheelchair in the marathon 32 times before stopping back in 2014.

The town's Select Board voted Tuesday night to name a new street in the upcoming Hopkinton Village residential center Hoyt Way. It will be right off Main Street in the center of town.

Dick Hoyt died last month at the age of 80.
