BOSTON (CBS) – A number of Massachusetts businesses can welcome back more customers Monday as part of the state’s coronavirus reopening plan.

Restaurants, gyms, places of worship, and retail stores are among the sites being allowed to increase capacity from 25% up to 40%.

The governor’s order just took effect at 5 a.m. on Monday.

Boston businesses will be allowed to move ahead with the new rules, but the city of Somerville is keeping capacity at 25%.
