BOSTON (CBS) – The New England Patriots are Super Bowl champions, and the duck boats are rolling.

Despite high snow banks and frigid temperatures, fans lined the parade route to salute the Patriots, who defeated the Seattle Seahawks, 28-24, on Sunday to earn the franchise's fourth title.

The parade was initially scheduled for Tuesday, but due to the latest New England snowstorm, it was pushed back a day.

Massive crowds are celebrating the victory with signs and cheers throughout the route. Many fans standing on large snowbanks for a better view.

In addition to players, management, and cheerleaders, the team's end zone militia also walked the parade route, firing off volleys along the way.
