BOSTON (CBS) – A second uncle of the two men suspected in the Boston Marathon bombings says the men have been in the U.S. for seven or eight years.

However, he says Tamerlan called him yesterday to apologize for that.

Alvi Tsarni expressed disbelief that his nephews could have committed such a horrific act.
