Felger & Mazz: Blame Bruins' Player Development For Their 'Step Back'

The Boston Bruins had to trade away Johnny Boychuk prior to the season because they were up against the salary cap. Cam Neely said that was them paying the price for being aggressive last season in a quest for a Stanley Cup. But Tony Mazz argues that they're in this current predicament because of their inability to develop talent out of the draft.
