BOSTON (CBS) — April 15, 2013 is a day that Boston was forever changed.
Three people were killed and hundreds injured when two bombs went off at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
The chaos and carnage at the finish line touched off a tumultuous week for the city and its people. WBZ-TV anchors and reporters were at the finish line when the bombs exploded and continued to bring the public the latest information as the story unfolded in front of us.
A year later, we look back at the coverage of that week and reflect on what we lost but also, what we gained as a city as we continue to heal together.
