Boston's Best Places To Play Bingo

Playing Bingo used to conjure up images of smoke-filled halls with people older than your grandparents. Not so today. All of the Bingo facilities today in Massachusetts are non-smoking and appeal to a younger generation. In fact, a few rounds of Bingo make for a fun night out for any age group. Here's a look at the top five locations in and around Boston for every night of the week, whether you're a Bingo enthusiast or just looking to try out a few rounds.

Mondays are tough, and most people feel worn down after a long day of work and the start of the week. So kick back and de-stress with some Bingo! Start the week off right at St. Agatha's for some weekly Bingo held on Mondays. The doors open at 4:30 p.m. and the game gets started at 6:40 p.m. Have some fun socializing before you get your winnings on. It is recommended to arrive early to ensure a seat.

You don't have to travel far from downtown Boston to get your Bingo on. Get your cards and markers ready and head to East Boston's Sons of Divine Providence for a night of fun. The fun starts at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday nights. Be sure to arrive early to get a seat, as this one fills up quickly.

Bingo is held every Wednesday night here at 6:45 p.m. You can arrive early (doors open at 4 p.m.) to save a seat or mingle with your fellow Bingo lovers. All of the money raised benefits the charities and educational activities the organization supports. In the past, they have supported scholarships for local students attending college. Supporting your community doesn't get much easier than this.

Every Thursday night, the Knights of Columbus in Saugus hosts weekly Bingo. Located just a few minutes north of Boston, the hall hosts players of all ages for a few rounds of fun. The doors open here at 5 p.m., but the playing gets started at 6:45 p.m. Here, you have a choice of playing with either paper or hardcover cards.

If you are looking for something to do to kick the weekend off right, head over to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Parish in Waltham on Friday night for a few rounds of Bingo. Held in the lower level each week, be sure to arrive early for some fun. The night kicks off at 6:45 p.m. This might be the most fun you will have all weekend.
