The ALS Association said the viral fundraising campaign has brought in 637,527 new donors.
The ALS Association said Tuesday that 453,210 new donors have helped raise a total of $22.9 million between July 29 and August 19.
It seems as though nearly everyone has taken part in the “Ice Bucket Challenge,” dumping a bucket of ice water over their head to raise awareness for ALS.
A spokesperson for the organization based in Washington, D.C. told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 Tuesday a total of $4 million has been raised nationwide since July 29.
