I-Team: Prosecution In Deadly DUI Crash ‘Extremely Unlikely’

In June 2009, Rodrigo Freitas was arraigned on a deadly drunk driving crash. Prosecutors never asked the judge to take his passport away. Freitas made bail, fled the country, and it’s unlikely he’ll ever be prosecuted.
