Police say a New Hampshire woman administered a painkilling drug to a 19-year-old Seabrook woman who later was charged with driving into a group of cyclists.
A New Hampshire woman accused of running down four bicyclists in Hampton last weekend, killing two of them, is free on $50,000 bail.
Nineteen-year-old Scott Martin of Seabrook is facing a charge of allowing 19-year-old Darriean Hess to drive his car without a license.
A witness claimed Darriean Hess was driving so fast he “thought I would see cruisers following behind,” indicating he thought it was a police chase.
Police say the driver in a crash that killed two cyclists in New Hampshire did not have a license and had been stopped hours earlier for speeding.
