A New Hampshire man was arraigned on charges he secretly captured video images of women in a bathroom at an Arlington cafe.
Joseph B. Hennessey allegedly set up a camera in the women’s room and was streaming footage to a device inside a local cafe.
Zachary Monte was arrested his home after Arlington detectives raided it, police said.

The father denies he threatened the principal but Arlington police revoked his gun license and seized his hunting rifle.
