Mass. Prison Officials To Appeals Court Judge: Inmate Doesn’t Need Sex Change

The Massachusetts Department of Corrections told a federal appeals court Thursday that prison officials have provided adequate treatment, including female hormones, laser hair removal and psychotherapy.
