North of Boston there are beaches, outdated resorts and of course, Route 1.  As you scavenge for buried treasure on Salisbury Beach you might notice a new treasure beachside.

The Blue Ocean Music Hall is the premier music hall on the North Shore. Opened in 2009, the new Salisbury Beach venue is geared for multiple genre acts ranging from rock, R&B, country, classical, comedy and children's performers.

The venue is a modern 6000 square foot facility and can accommodate 250 to 750 concert goers depending on the seating arrangement.

Everyone at Blue Ocean has an upfront view, since most seats are no further than 50 feet from the stage.  The PA sound system is state-of-the-art along with the lighting system, which can handle any type of performance.

The venue schedules up to 120 shows annually with national and locals artists.  Acts that have appeared here include Paula Cole, Eddie Money, Shawn Colvin and comedian Bob Marley.  The venue can also be rented for private functions and events for a nominal fee.

Blue Ocean Music Hall has a full service bar that can serve the 21+ crowd, and a food menu featuring light entrees and appetizers served tableside.

The location is easily reachable from various major highways with ample parking nearby, both free and for a small fee.  Tickets can be purchased at the box office or via the venue online.  So if you wanna take in the sounds of the ocean and some premier acts, check out the Blue Ocean Music Hall.
