    In the fourth and final Hour of a Re-Entry Monday, Felger and Mazz reset the day’s topics and continued to take calls on everything discussed today.  To wrap up the day, it’s the Final Word with Jim Murray.

    During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, Mike and Tony continued to take calls on a Re-Entry Monday.  The guys also began to preview Sunday’s Patriots game against Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills.  Finally, Felger and Mazz discussed the possibility of Pablo Sandoval returning to the Boston Red Sox this season.

    In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz got into the New England Patriots and their quarterback situation heading into Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills.  Mike and Tony also talked about some of the other young quarterbacks in the NFL.  Finally, the guys discussed the state of the Boston Bruins and tonight’s preseason opener against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

    Felger and Massarotti opened up the show discussing the Boston Red Sox, yesterday’s win over the Tampa Bay Rays, and possible playoff matchups.  Mike and Tony also talked about Brad Marchand’s contract extension with the Boston Bruins.

    Monday saw breaking news out of Bruins camp, where the team shored up their top goal scorer from a year ago as they signed Brad Marchand to an 8-year contract extension worth $48 million. Zolak and Bertrand react to the deal that will keep #63 in town for the foreseeable future.
  • Patriots Don't Need to Bring in a QB

    Zo, Bertrand and Dan Shaughnessy of The Boston Globe take stock of the Patriots quarterback situation after it was revealed that Jacoby Brissett will need surgery for a thumb ligament, but may still be able to play. While the team doesn't appear too antsy to give up another roster spot for a new signal caller, it would appear that the quarterback situation will be dicey when the Bills come to town on Sunday.
  • Is the Red Sox Hot Streak a Concern?

    The Red Sox swept the Tampa Bay Rays over the weekend to get to 11 wins in a row and dwindle the magic number down to 2. The team is riding an incredible hot streak at the seemingly right time, which has many optimistic that the team can make a great run in the postseason. But Zolak and Bertrand opened Monday's show wondering if this hot streak could lead to a lull at the wrong time.
