BOSTON (CBS) - Walter Scott was shot and killed by a police officer while fleeing the scene of a traffic stop in 2015. But after four days of deliberation, the jury was unable to reach a verdict in the officer's trial, and the judge declared a mistrial. Are you surprised the jury wasn't able to reach a decision in this case? Does this continuous pattern of police officers not being held accountable contribute to the frustration within the Black Lives Matter movement?
