BOSTON (CBS) - The Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, is once again making headlines over the increasing cost of health insurance premiums. In 2017, premiums are expected to go up an average of twenty-five percent (before subsidies), along with a reduction in plan options. Are you surprised to see such a big cost increase on the horizon?
