Rob Gronkowski Questionable For Sunday Due To Illness

BOSTON (CBS) — Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski missed the Patriots’ practice session on Friday due to illness. As a result, he’s been listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Bengals.

Gronkowski was among 12 Patriots listed as questionable, while linebacker Jonathan Freeny and tight end Greg Scruggs were both listed as out.

On a positive front, linebacker Dont’a Hightower was removed from the injury report after battling through some knee issues since Week 1.

Marcus Cannon, calf
Jamie Collins, hip
Julian Edelman, foot
Jimmy Garoppolo, shoulder

Malcolm Mitchell, hamstring
Joe Thuney, shoulder
Vincent Valentine, back

For the Bengals, tight end Tyler Eifert has been ruled out with a back injury.
