BOSTON (CBS) – Richard Gardner, a Level 3 sex offender, was released from prison last week and moved back into his family’s house in Weymouth. Gardner, who is forty-nine years old, was convicted of kidnapping and raping multiple young boys back in the 1980’s. He was originally sentenced to 190 years in jail, but ended up serving less than thirty. Kathleen and Karen, Weymouth residents, are outraged that their neighborhood no longer feels like a safe place for their families. They joins Dan in studio to explain her concerns. Should there be more restrictions on where sex offenders live?
