Flashback Video: WBZ's Danielle Niles As Wheel Of Fortune Contestant

BOSTON - With the Wheelmobile coming to Boston this weekend, we found out that we have our very own Wheel of Fortune alum on staff.

WBZ This Morning Meteorologist Danielle Niles took her turn at the wheel a decade ago, when she was a grad student studying meteorology at Florida State. When Pat Sajak asked what she was going to do with her Masters degree, Danielle correctly predicted, "maybe be on TV."

She won a bit of cash along the way, solving puzzles such as 'Tongue Twisters,' and in our proudest moment, Danielle told Pat she was a "wicked big Red Sox fan."

The Wheelmobile rolls into Faneuil Hall Marketplace this weekend. You can take your shot at earning a tryout for the show. Show up in person on Saturday or Sunday, between noon and 4 p.m. and look for the giant yellow Winnebago. More details on our Wheelmobile page.
