Suspect Arrested After Bailing From Car During Police Chase

WESTMINSTER (CBS) -- Police have arrested a man who bailed from a car on Route 2 near the Gardner and Westminster town lines.

Police say Brian Lafrennie was involved in a car chase with police on Route 2 Tuesday when he crashed his vehicle and took off on foot. State and local authorities went on an hours long manhunt for Lafrennie, who had arrest warrants for past offenses.

Lafrennie was taken into custody in Gardner.
