NightSide - President Obama Speaks In Dallas

BOSTON (CBS) - President Obama spoke today at the memorial service for the five fallen officers in Dallas, Texas. During his speech, the President talked about uniting as a nation, praising police officers for the work that they do, while also asking people to be honest about racial discrimination in the justice system. But is his call for unity too little too late? Dan flashes back to a moment almost exactly seven years ago that took place right here in our own backyard, and asks whether President Obama set the divisive tone for our country early in his first term. Have race relations gotten worse under President Obama? Is he to blame for it?
