The Tides
Nahant Beach

The Tides Restaurant on Nahant Beach is the perfect place to go if you're coming in from the sea and sand, or if you just want to look at it. This waterside spot is the perfect place for sucking back some cold ones with some hot hearty food like Prime Rib and Pizzas. Since you're on the water, why not try seafood dishes like big lobster rolls and the overloaded fried Fisherman's Platter.

Lago
Meredith, NH

Located right on Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, New Hampshire, Lago is an Italian eatery that serves rustic fare in a stunning waterfront spot. The busy dining room is decked out in shabby chic style with mismatched furniture and windows that open up to one of the best backdrops in New England. For an even better view, the outdoor patio is situated right off a pier, sporting tiki torches that burn into the night.

75 on Liberty Wharf
Boston

75 on Liberty Wharf sports floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Boston Waterfront. If you want to get some fresh air served up with some fresh food, there's no better place to do it than their patio. Even in the chilly weather, you'll be nice and toasty when you plant yourself next to a heater with a comfy blanket provided to customers.

The Cabby Shack
Plymouth

The Cabby Shack in Plymouth is the kind of place where you feel like you're on vacation all year long. This seaside spot is a double decker of food and fun serving tasty seafood like overloaded lobster rolls, fried clams and a giant shellfish platter. Or you can feast on one of their massive burgers while you take in some live music.

J.T. Farnham's
Essex

Another Great 8 winner is J.T. Farnham's in Essex. This fried clam institution has been around for about 75 years, serving up yummy seafood with an even tastier view of the Essex Salt Marsh. Nothing pairs better with a spectacular view than some of Farnham's fantastic fried clams. The crispy clams are dunked in a top secret wash before they're tossed in corn flour and fried.

Pier 6
Charlestown

Pier 6 in Charlestown is a three tiered tower of good times, great food and a truly stunning view. The only spectacle tastier than the Boston Skyline has to be Pier 6's jaw dropping shellfish platter, complete with shrimp cocktail, oysters, lobster tails and shrimp ceviche.

The Sea Ketch
Hampton Beach, NH

The Sea Ketch in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire is a gigantic restaurant with four floors of ocean-front dining. Lunch and dinner can be served inside the dining room or outside on the decks, all just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Phantom's favorite dish is the Surf and Turf, featuring a tender, six ounce tenderloin topped with buttery hard shell lobster medallions.
