NightSide - Are Heroin Havens A Good Idea?

BOSTON (CBS) - A new trend has taken hold as our nation struggles to deal with the ongoing opioid epidemic. A number of cities have established "heroin safe rooms", a place for addicts to shoot up where they will be protected from legal repercussions and provided with medical support and treatment. But does this approach enable drug addicts more than it helps them?
