NightSide - Should There Be A Drunk Driver Registry?

BOSTON (CBS) - Most of us are aware that there is a registry for sex offenders. The purpose of this system is to allow parents and other community members to be aware of neighbors that may pose a potential risk. Dave Quist has another idea for a registry in Massachusetts. He is proposing a registry for drunk drivers to help catch those who are habitually operating vehicles under the influence. Should people caught driving drunk have to register and make that information public? Would it help keep everyone safer or is it an invasion of privacy?
