NightSide - Should Felons Be Allowed To Vote?

BOSTON (CBS) - Massachusetts is one of 14 states (and the District of Columbia) which allows convicted felons to vote upon their release from prison. Virginia moved closer to joining the Bay State last Friday when it's Governor, by executive order, granted voting rights to 206,000 released convicts. Many of these former prisoners could be eligible to vote this November. Some believe the Virginia Governor followed a trend. Others believe he furnished a political favor. Have convicted felons served their debt to society? Should anyone who didn't follow the law be allowed to participate in the process of shaping laws?
