NH Police Arrest 1 Of 2 Suspects Accused Of Stealing Cell Phone From 4-Year-Old Girl
TILTON, N.H. (CBS) -- Police have arrested one of two people who allegedly stole a cell phone from a 4-year-old girl Thursday night at a Tilton, New Hampshire Walmart.
The suspects, a man and woman, were seen in surveillance video leaving the Supercenter on Sherwood Drive around 7:17 p.m. Investigators say the girl wasn't hurt during the incident.
The unidentified man was taken into custody Saturday night on an unrelated incident, police say. They are seeking an arrested warrant for the woman.
Investigators were able to recover the phone.
