Daily Talker: Hyperloop Travel
The way we travel could be changing. A team of MIT students just won a national competition for Elon Musk's Hyperloop.
The high-speed ground transportation concept would move pods of people through a tube at speeds of about 700 miles per hour.
That means, a trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles could take only 35 minutes.
The MIT students, and several of the other top teams are getting a chance to actually build their design this summer on a specially made track in California.
What do you think of this proposed method of travel?
Would you be willing to try it out?
