Phantom Gourmet: Warm Up With Bolognese

BOSTON (CBS) - The weather is going to be chilly this weekend so Dan Andelman of the Phantom Gourmet is on the hunt for some hearty Italian comfort food.

It takes a lot of time, love, and passion to make the popular pasta Bolognese at The Foundry in Easton.

If you like your meat sauce heavy on the meat, check out this bowl at Prezo in Milford.

The signature dish at The Winsor House Inn in Duxbury is Chef Franco Carubia's Bolognese made with a unique blend of organic veal, pork, and chicken.

You can also get a great bowl of Bolognese at Da Vinci in the Back Bay Cinquecento in the South End and Sportello in the Fort Point neighborhood.
