NightSide - Chicago Cop Charged With Murder

BOSTON (CBS) - The video that shows a Chicago police officer shooting and killing seventeen-year-old Laquan McDonald was released yesterday, sparking mostly peaceful protests throughout the night. The officer was indicted for first-degree murder yesterday, but many are upset that it took more than a year for the indictment and the video to be released. Why would it take so long for this process to play out in what seems to be a very clear cut case? What's your reaction to seeing another young black man gunned down by the police?
