Weekends at the Depot Street Tavern in Milford are extra sweet, thanks to their blueberry cannoli pancakes.

The biggest hit for brunch at Simone's in Warren, Rhode Island is a German-style pancake called the Dutch Baby.

And if you're looking for some serious pancake variety, Kristin's restaurant in Braintree offers over 25 flavors, from Boston cream to raspberry coffee cake.
