Top 5 Wildest Sports Callers Of The Week: October 12th-October 16th

The Top 5 Sports Callers of the week is a weekly installment from CBS Local Sports that will bring you the wildest callers from across the nation.

Number 5: In this week’s episode we start with Terrance from New York who joined Boomer and Carton on WFAN to tell the guys he would be commuting all the way to LA for Game 5 of Mets-Dodgers. The guys were impressed. 

Number 4: Checking in at four is Gabriel from Cuba who called in to the Dallas Cowboys Post Game Show on 105.3 The Fan to discuss back-up QB Brandon Weeden. 

Number 3: The number three caller this week was Matt from Cleveland who hopped on with Baskin and Phelps on 92.3 The Fan because he has a solution to the Cavaliers’ Tristan Thompson hold out. 

Number 2: The two spot goes to Ozzie from Wood-Ridge, New Jersey who joined Benigno and Roberts on WFAN to poke a little fun at the famous Will from Queens. 

Number 1: Finally, the top spot is Jim from Grand Rapids, Michigan who called in to Boers and Bernstein on 670 The Score to ask why baseball players don’t shake hands after games, the guys don’t understand why he’s asking.
