Roger Goodell Laughs Out Loud When Congratulated For 'That Brady Thing'
BOSTON (CBS) -- With the release of the entire transcript from Tom Brady's appeal hearing, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has been exposed on a few different levels. From being deceitful to being unreasonable to being borderline incompetent, the commissioner has been taking some licks in the national media this week.
Yet Goodell still has a fan in Ron Wolf. And that makes Goodell happy. Very happy.
Wolf is a former NFL personnel man who will go into the Hall of Fame this weekend as a contributor. In a ceremony on Thursday night, Wolf received his gold jacket, and somewhere along the line of the festivities, he ran into Goodell.
Upon seeing the commish, Wolf had one message for him: "Way to go on that Brady thing."
The show of support sent Gooddell into a full-on cackle.
