SUV Sideswiped In Apparent Road Incident In NH

LONDONDERRY, NH (CBS) - Four young men say a woman slammed their car during rage incident on I-93 in New Hampshire.

It's happened south of Exit 4 at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday evening.

The five twenty-year-old friends were traveling to a restaurant when they noticed a red Ford F-150 weaving in and out of traffic to their rear.

"We saw a big red pick-up truck come right up to my tail. We were like, 'what is this person doing?' I tried speeding up, but they wound up going into the right lane and stuck behind another car," said Charles Russek who was behind the wheel.

Russek said he tried to speed up to get out of the left lane and into the right lane.

"She looked right at us and deliberately came into our lane," said passenger Cameron Jenkinson.

"It's not like she eased into it; she almost took a u-turn into us," said Russek.

The front and side airbags in the Honda SUV deployed.

"The car started skidding around a little bit, but then I got control and pulled over immediately," said Russek.

The friends watched the F-150 peel away at upwards of 100 mph. A witness pulled over to make sure the young men were okay.

"Just breathtaking that somebody would do that to you. Somebody just doesn't care about your life. I don't know if it went through her head that she was going to kill us, but she easily could have," said passenger Cameron Lombardi.

The Honda sustained $6,000 in damage. Two of the men inside the car suffered cuts and bruises.

The F-150 had Massachusetts plates and a silver roof rack.
