1 Killed, 3 Hurt In Taunton Shooting
TAUNTON (CBS) -- A 24-year-old man died and three others were hurt in a Taunton shooting on Saturday, authorities say.
Police were called to Weir Street around 5:44 p.m. Officers found four people who had been shot and they were taken to nearby hospitals.
One of the individuals, Marques McCassie, was taken to Morton Hospital where he was later pronounced dead around 6:40 p.m., according to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office.
The other victims have not been identified by authorities.
Taunton police and State Police are investigating the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
