NightSide - Continue The Minimum Mandatory Sentences?

BOSTON (CBS) - Recently, Massachusetts Supreme Court Chief Justice Ralph Gants has made comments coming out in favor of abolishing the state's minimum mandatory sentences for drug offenders, arguing among other things, they limit a judge's discretion and they cost the state too much money. But members of the state's District Attorney's office disagree. Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett, Suffolk District Attorney Dan Conley, and Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe join Dan to talk about why keeping the minimum mandatory sentences is a good idea.
