BOSTON (CBS) - In a surprise press conference, Baltimore's chief prosecutor announced that Freddie Gray's death has been ruled a homicide, and that charges will be brought against the six officers involved in his arrest. Marilyn Mosby has only had the job as the state's top prosecutor in Baltimore for a few months, and her bio lists her as "the youngest chief prosecutor of any major city in America."
