Callahan Tunnel Reopens After Rollover Crash In Boston

BOSTON (CBS) - The Callahan Tunnel has reopened following a single-car rollover crash that caused traffic delays Saturday afternoon in Boston, officials say.

Massachusetts State Police were called to Route 1 eastbound at the tunnel around 3:45 p.m.

Police say a person was injured and taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Traffic was backed up in the area for about 30 minutes.

All lanes were reopened around 5 p.m., according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
