Robert Kraft Discusses DeflateGate, Darrelle Revis, Los Angeles Expansion
BOSTON (CBS) -- The owner of the Super Bowl champions was a man in high demand on Monday, as Robert Kraft spoke to a large group of media members during the NFL's league meetings at the Arizona Biltmore hotel.
Given that his team typically draws a healthy amount of attention, Kraft drew quite the crowd and faced questions on a number of different topics.
On DeflateGate
Earlier on Monday, Peter King released an interview with commissioner Roger Goodell, who said he expects the DeflateGate investigation to wrap up soon. Kraft said he knows that there is no "smoking gun" for the league to find in its investigation.
Kraft deferred all other DeflateGate-related questions to the league office.
On Losing Darrelle Revis To The Jets
Kraft said that he would have liked to kept Darrelle Revis on the roster, but that he ultimately trusts in Bill Belichick.
On Vince Wilfork Leaving The Organization
Vince Wilfork had spent his entire career with the Patriots and was the second-longest tenured member of the team, behind only Tom Brady. Seeing Wilfork sign with the Texans wasn't easy for Kraft.
On Los Angeles Expansion
Kraft was optimistic about the NFL's future in Los Angeles.
