Second Fire In 24 Hours At Walpole Home
WALPOLE (CBS) – Firefighters were called to a Walpole home on Saturday, the second time they battled flames there in the last 24 hours.
Saturday's fire on Flamingo Circle reached two alarms around 7 a.m. Flames could be seen shooting out of the garage area of the home.
On Friday morning the same area caught fire, and firefighters struggled to access snow-covered hydrants.
In addition, a water main reportedly broke in the area, causing flooding to nearby homes.
The majority of Saturday's fire appeared to be knocked down by about 8 a.m.
