Young Man Found Shot Dead In Car In Revere
REVERE (CBS) – A young man was shot and killed in Revere early Friday morning.
Police were called to a car on Garfield Avenue just after 2 a.m. and found the man slumped over in the driver's seat.
His name has not been released.
According to WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Carl Stevens, the man is believed to be 19 years old and from Chelsea.
There have been no arrests.
Police told WBZ the shooting is not believed to be random.
Relatives were at the scene in tears when the medical examiner's office took the body away.
"I just want to hug him," a sobbing relative told Stevens.
