Daily Talker: Child's Play Or Threatening Act?

A story out of Milford has a lot of people talking this morning. According to the Milford Daily News, a 5th grade boy was suspended 2 days for pointing an imaginary gun and making laser sounds. The boy's father tells the newspaper he was told the act was interpreted as a threat. The Milford Daily News reports the boy, 10, told them he was standing behind two girls in a lunch line and was pointing his finger in no particular direction. But an official report says the boy cut the lunch line and then pointed the imaginary gun at the girls when confronted. The boy's father says he thinks the school has overreacted.
