BOSTON (CBS) – The Animal Rescue League was busy in Boston on Friday, rescuing several ducks and ducklings.

One group of ducklings was discovered with their mom on a roof deck on Beacon Street. A second group had hatched over at the Restoration Hardware on Berkeley Street.

The ducks and ducklings were all moved to the pond at the Public Garden.

ARL rescuers also saved an orphaned duckling from a drain. That animal was taken to Tufts Animal Hospital to be treated.
