HARWICH (CBS) – A senior prank at Harwich High School turned into a major headache this week.
On Thursday night, several students were caught spray painting graffiti inside the school, which is set to be demolished next month.
Those students were forced to clean up the mess on Thursday. But fumes from the cleaning agents that were being used forced the school’s evacuation and early dismissal.
Four students and a teacher needed to be checked out by school nurses and EMS.
The alleged vandals responsible for the graffiti will have to spend their weekend cleaning at the school.
